The RCWNY provides case management and referral services to individuals and families during an emergency or crisis that threatens their ability to maintain basic needs – food, housing, and shelter. The RCWNY also hosts “Resource Connection Days” to connect residents to information and resources from our network of trusted providers and social service agencies. Our team has provided monthly bus passes, school supplies, holiday meals and toy distribution, housing repair, rental, and utility assistance, and much more, via direct service delivery and/or with the support of our community partners.
